It is one of THE best anime I've seen in a very long time, on par with Ghost in the Shell and Akira.

The flawless mixture of CGI and drawing animation was jaw dropping.

About the only other thing I have had to look forward to in Anime was the rerelease if GitS2 where they fixed the subtitiles

I've got a bootleg of the first 3 episodes I think, got it from a con.I couldn't understand the plot points to it much, but then I haven't seen the other episodes either, and I dunno how accurate the one's I have are.. I may have to end up getting Gungrave. I still need to pick up GitS 2, the Evangelion collection, Hellsing collection, Lady Death, Inuyasha, and Samarai X (Or Rorouni Kenshin for most people). There was another one I had wanted to get too, but can't remember what one that was.

Isn't there a live-action movie of Applessed coming? Maybe it's just anime.. but I thought I saw a poster at the theatre when I went to se ROTS.

AoD, do yerself a favor and skip Lady Death. Just...not good. In any way whatsoever. If you see it in a bargain bin, or used, at or below say $5, then maybe. Maybe.
